It also gives you the added benefit of a regular presence at your business, whenever required, but a minimum of two visits a month. A person to maintain and regularly audit your personnel records, offer advice on recruiting best practice and for senior positions take an active role in the whole recruitment process. Staff Training

We will keep, securely at our site, records of all staff movements, recruitment information, disciplinary and grievance records, sickness information, holiday entitlements and training records.
