Resolving Disputes

 

The Employment Act 2002 (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2004, provide a statutory framework for dispute resolution by which all employers must abide. However, it may be possible to solve some disputes before it gets so far that you need to use this legislation.

 

Usually the best outcome in any dispute is that all sides find agreement and more importantly are able to go on working together, in some disputes simple arbitration can put everyone back on track.
